For a recent book club installment, we read The Third Life of Grange Copeland and decided to treat ourselves to the tasting menu at Evelyn’s. It seemed like a natural fit for an end of summer celebration considering that I used to live in East Harlem and two members of the book club currently call the neighborhood home. As you can see in the pictures below, we certainly weren’t disappointed! Though everything was delicious, I’d say that the scallops, heirloom tomato salad, risotto bites and vodka punch were our favorite items.

If you’re looking for a special night out, be sure to put Evelyn’s at the top of your list! They do both take out and eat in, but be sure to call ahead if you’d like to eat there because the seating is limited. Please let us know if you give Evelyn’s a try!
