If you’ve read our past posts featuring Food Historian Francine Segan, you know that we always enjoy attending her events. At her talks, we always learn something new about food and usually get to taste something that we have not eaten or tried before. Because of her, we now enjoy Lavazza coffee! Recently, Allen attended one of her talks and learned about Food Trends in 2016. In addition, he was lucky to try out some new snacks and treats courtesy of Louise Kramer and the Specialty Food Association. Below is just a sample of all the delicious products!
