Back in February, we attended Charcuterie Masters 2017 hosted by NY Epicurean Events at Flushing Town Hall. While we’ve been to Flushing many times before, it was our first time visiting the Town Hall and we had a delicious time. With its diverse variety of cuisines, foodies everywhere visit Flushing, making it a central stop for everything food related. In the next week and a half, Flushing Town Hall will host two appetizing events!Savory Asian Pancakes Sunday, July 23rd at 12noon Tickets: $15/$10 Members & Students
You don’t have to be a master chef to create traditional pancakes from Asia. Made from dough, not batter, Asian pancakes are a typical street food in China, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, and of course Flushing. Join Dr. Hsing-Lih Chou and a panel of chefs to learn how to make this savory treat and all its regional varieties. Drop-in and bring your appetite!
